The Coupon Printer is a small Java application that enables you to print our coupons directly to your printer. The Coupon Printer allows for high-quality coupons that will scan at your local store's register.
Is installing a printer safe?
The Coupon Printer is safe to install. Installing the Coupon Printer will not expose your computer to any virus, spyware, adware, or computer conflict. Protection software leaders like Symantec, McAfee, and Trend Micro all recognize our product as safe and secure. Installation of the Coupon Printer is required in order for our coupons to print.
How do I install the Coupon Printer?
Just select the coupons you want, and click the "Print Now" button, ensuring that the "Coupons" box is checked. You'll be automatically prompted to activate our Coupon Printer if you need to. There will be onscreen instructions specific to the system and browser you're using. In general, the download will begin after you click an "activate" button and will only take a few seconds. Your coupons will start to print when installation is complete.
Why am I being asked to download Java?

Which versions of Java are supported?
You must have Java version 1.5 or above installed. With Firefox 3.6 you must have Java version 1.6 or greater.
Any Unsupported Operating Systems?
Windows 2000, CompuServe, Linux and WebTV systems are not supported. We do not support printing using the AOL browser via AOL's dial-up service. However, you can use IE or Firefox if AOL is your ISP. We currently have partial support for the Windows 7 OS. We are aware of a few restrictions and are working to be fully compatible shortly.
Why am I being asked to "Trust our download"?
Depending on your browser's security levels, you may also be asked to "trust" our download.
Once I install on my printer can I print them immediately?
Factors such as computer memory, Internet connection speed and printer type all affect how long it takes for coupons to start printing. Printing should begin within 60 seconds. You can verify that the data is spooling to your printer by viewing the status of your print queue.
The Coupon Printer won't install.
You may not have Java installed on you machine. Most computers have Java already installed. Our Java Printer Control checks to see if it already is on your system. If it is not installed, it contains a link to download and install Java.
You may be behind a security wall or lack full administrative rights. This is most common in corporate environments. You will need to speak to your system administrator because only they will be able to change the permissions for our Coupon Printer to install.
Spyware blockers or anti-virus protection may require extra steps. Please make sure you have the latest updates. Industry leaders like Symantec, McAfee, and Trend Micro recognize our product as safe and secure in their most recent versions. You may need to complete additional confirmation steps as required by your specific application.
I get a warning not to install your printer.
Our Coupon Printer uses Java, a technology developed by Sun. Some anti-spyware software may issue an alert anytime a new Java install is attempted. Read the warning closely. It is often just a "double-check" for you to confirm your approval of the download that is about to begin. If you are running Symantec, McAfee, or Trend Micro, get their latest updates. These industry leaders recognize our product as safe and secure in their most recent versions.
My coupons didn't print.
You usually have a second chance to print any coupon, in case the first attempt failed. We can only tell if the command to print was sent to your printer. We cannot tell if your printer completed the action. After 2 requests, a coupon is no longer available. Please test your printer settings before you try printing coupons again.
My printer settings are correct but my coupons still won't print.
If you believe the problem is with a particular coupon and not with your printer, email us and let us know which coupon it was, and we will look into it.
Use your ink wisely
Before printing you should change the settings of your default printer to the option that conserves ink. For example, if your printer is set to "photo quality" printing you should consider changing it to "draft". We suggest you print out just one coupon after making this change to verify that the barcode remains legible.
Consider using the setting on your printer that will make the coupons print in black & white to conserve ink.
I received an error message about my default printer.
Check to make sure that your printer is on and the cable is not loose. You may also get this error if your printer is set at low-resolution or draft mode. You have to be able to print at a resolution of 300-dpi in order for the coupons to be legible enough to scan at the store. And you cannot print to PDF or any other kind of electronic file format.
