A: Click here if you forgot your password then follow the prompts to reset your password.
Q: Is my information shared with third parties?
A: When you register for Shortcuts.com, we will validate your loyalty card number with the participating retailer to ensure that the coupons you select will be properly added to your account. Your personal information is covered by our privacy practices, which can be reviewed within the Shortcuts.com Terms of Service.
Q: How do I share coupons with friends and family?
A: Each Shortcuts.com coupon has a "Send to a Friend" button. Click it and you will be asked to enter the email addresses of those with whom you wish to share that Shortcuts.com coupon.
Q: How do I locate participating stores?
A: There is a Partner Stores page accessible from every page on the site. There is also a Find a Store Mapquest option on the home page and on the Partner Store page.
Q: What if Shortcuts.com isn't offered at my favorite grocery store?
A: Shortcuts.com will be expanding to new grocery chains soon. If you are interested in having Shortcuts.com at your local store, we want to hear from you! Click here to request Shortcuts.com at your favorite grocery chain and we will do everything possible to add your retailer to the Shortcuts.com partner list. Also, be sure to leave your email address and we will notify you as soon as Shortcuts.com is available in your area.

Store Card Registration
Q: Which store cards can I register with Shortcuts.com?
A: You can register your store card(s) from any of our retail partners. To see the current list of partners, visit the Partner Stores page. If you can't find the store you're looking for, please be sure to leave us your email address and we'll notify you as soon as Shortcuts.com is available at a retailer near you.
Q: How do I register one or more of my store cards?
A: To add a store card to your Shortcuts.com account, go to the My Profile page and select the Store Cards option. Once you've added your card(s) it will be linked to your Shortcuts.com account and you will be ready to begin saving on your grocery bill.
Q: How many store cards can I register?
A: You can register up to 20 store cards from participating retailers on your Shortcuts.com account. Visit the Partner Stores page to find a participating store near you.
Q: What do I do if I get an error when trying to register my store card with Shortcuts.com?
A: If you're experiencing problems when trying to register your store card on Shortcuts.com, Please check the following: (1) Ensure the card number you entered is correct; (2) Review the list of Shortcuts.com Partner Stores to verify that your retailer is one of our current partners. Only cards from participating retailers can be registered, but remember, new partners will be added regularly, so check back often!
Q: What do I do if I lose a store card that was linked to my coupons?
A: If you lose the store card you have registered with Shortcuts.com, contact your retailer for a replacement card under the same account number as the lost card. Your coupons will remain on your account. If you are unable to get a replacement card, simply add your new store card number to your Shortcuts.com account and your coupons will be transferred to your new card #.
Q: How do I remove a store card from my Shortcuts.com account?
A: Go to the My Profile page, then select the Store Cards link to remove the store card(s).
Q: My family and I have multiple cards for the same store. Do I need to register all of them?
A: Yes, we recommend you register all your store cards with Shortcuts.com though you may only redeem one coupon per household. Your savings statement will display coupons redeemed by all store cards registered at your home address.

Adding Coupons
Q: How do I add a coupon to my store card?
A: You can add a coupon to your Shortcuts.com account by clicking on the "Add" button on the bottom right corner of the coupon. Your coupons are then automatically added to the store card(s) you have registered with Shortcuts.com.
Q: How do I know the coupons I click have been added to my store card(s)?
A: There are three ways you can check to see if your coupons have been added to your store card:
1) All selected coupons are listed under My Coupons
2) The coupon will display an Added message on the bottom right corner of the coupon
3) Coupons you've selected are also saved under Recently Added Coupons
Q: How do I confirm what store card my coupon(s) was added to?
A: All coupons are automatically added to all store cards. However, unless otherwise specified, once you redeem a coupon at one store, it cannot be used again. To confirm available coupons, go to the My Coupons page to view the Active Coupons on your account.
Q: How do I remove a coupon from my store card?
A: Coupons are only removed when they are redeemed or expire.
Q: How do I search for coupons?
A: You can search for coupons by brand, product name or product category using the search field in the left column of the Shortcuts.com site. You can also browse coupons by product category using the links in the left column.
Q: Why can't I find coupons I have seen on a previous visit to the site?
A: There are a couple of reasons you may not be able to find coupons you've previously seen on Shortcuts.com.
1) Coupons are automatically removed from the site when they expire.
2) Coupons are available in limited quantities. The maximum number of selections for that coupon may have been reached.
Q: Why can't I add all the coupons available on the Shortcuts.com?
A: You may only have 20 coupons on your account at any given time. Visit your favorite store, redeem coupons, and come back to Shortcuts.com to add new coupons as often as you wish! This limitation is subject to change depending on the technical and operational limitations and requirements of our participating merchants and vendors.
Q: How can I double my coupons, the same way I can in the store?
A: Shortcuts.com coupons are doubled (or tripled) only based on retailer policy and at the discretion of the store. Please check the Partner Store page to see if there are any double coupons available at the store where you shop.

Redeeming Coupons
Q: How do I redeem my coupons?
A: The coupons you've selected on Shortcuts.com are added to your registered store card(s) automatically. When you check out at the store, simply present your store card to the cashier. If you've purchased a qualified product, your coupons will be redeemed instantly! It's that easy!
Q: I wasn't able to redeem my Shortcuts.com coupons at my store. What happened?
A: Our participating stores are grouped geographically and your card may only work within a certain region due to limitations with our partner retailers' systems. If you are unable to redeem coupons at your favorite store, follow these two simple steps:
1) Go to My Profile and change your zip code to the zip code of your favorite store.
2) Go to My Cards, delete your store card, and re-add your store card.
Q: Do I have to print my coupons to use them at the store?
A: No, you do not have to print anything in order to redeem Shortcuts.com coupons. Simply present your store card at checkout and your savings will be automatically subtracted from your total bill! Of course, it is a good idea to print out a shopping list as a reminder of which coupons you have stored on your store card.
Q: How do I get credit for a coupon that was not properly redeemed?
A: Go to the Contact Us page and report the problem within 30 days of your shopping trip using the Customer Care Resolution Form. We will treat your inquiry as a priority until it is resolved.
Q: What is Shortcuts.com Cash?
A: Shortcuts.com Cash are special coupons that are provided by Shortcuts.com for various promotional or customer service needs. They will appear in the My Coupons page and work just like other Shortcuts.com coupons. Once added to your store card(s), the specified amount will be deducted from your total grocery bill at checkout. Each Shortcuts.com Cash coupon can be used for a single item of equal or greater value than the coupon and cannot be combined with other Shortcuts.com promotions. Shortcuts.com Cash coupons expire 60 days from the date of issue, and are automatically redeemed on your next shopping trip.
Q: How do I know I've gotten credit for a coupon?
A: There are a three ways you can check to see if you've received credit for a coupon.
1) Your store receipt will show redemption of your Shortcuts.com coupons.
2) All coupons are listed under My Coupons. Simply select the redeemed link to see your savings.
3) You will receive an email receipt of your savings for each shopping trip.
Q: Can I use a coupon more than once?
A: No. Unless otherwise specified, once you redeem a coupon at one store it cannot be used again.
Q: What happens to expired coupons?
A: Expired coupons are removed from all store cards. Expired coupons can be viewed on the My Coupons page.
Q: What if my store is out of a product when I try to redeem a Shortcuts.com coupon?
A: As with any grocery coupon, there is no raincheck policy if your store does not carry or is out of a specific product. Please check back with your retailer on your next shopping trip or try another Shortcuts.com partner store location.

Shopping List
Q: How do I create a shopping list for the coupon items I have selected?
A: Create a shopping list by visiting the Shopping List page. Simply select coupons from your wallet to automatically and them to your list and then add any other items you need to buy. The shopping list can then be printed and taken to the store.
Q: How do I add non-coupon items to my shopping list?
A: Go to the Shopping List page to access the Shopping List. Simply type in other items you need to buy to add them to your shopping list.
Q: How do I save my shopping list?
A: Shopping lists are saved by default when created. Each time you go to the site, you will find your most recent list. You can also print the Shopping List or send it via e-mail.
Q: How do I retrieve a saved shopping list?
A: Your most recent shopping list is saved under the Shopping List.
Q: How do I print my shopping list?
A: You can print a shopping list by using the link on the Shopping List page.
Q: How do I send my shopping list to someone else?
A: In order to send a list to someone else, simply select "email" on the Shopping List page and you will be prompted to enter the email address.
Q: How will I know when coupons on my shopping list are about to expire?
A: Each coupon has its own expiration date. On the Shopping List page, simply roll-over any coupon to see a full view of the coupon, including the expiration date. If you choose to print your coupons, the expiration date will appear on the printout.

Account Profile & Preferences
Q: What is My Profile?
A: The My Profile page allows you to view and edit your registered store card(s) and your contact & shopping preferences.
Q: What is My Wallet?
A: The My Wallet page offers a quick snapshot of your Shortcuts.com account information. It shows:
1) Number of Coupons you currently have linked to your card
2) Number of coupons you have selected that are expiring today
3) Tally of the amount of money you have saved with Shortcuts.com coupons
4) Value of coupons you have currently linked to your card but have not redeemed
5) List of store cards you have linked to Shortcuts.com
Q: How do I update my account preferences?
A: Go to the My Profile page to update your account information.
Q: How do I select how I prefer to be contacted by Shortcuts.com?
A: Go to the My Profiles page and select Contact Preferences. Shortcuts.com gives you the option to select the emails you want to receive.
Q: How do I sign up for e-mail alerts about newly available Shortcuts.com coupons?
A: Go to the My Profiles page and select Contact Preferences. Shortcuts.com gives you the option to select the emails you want to receive.
Q: How can I request that my favorite grocery store offer Shortcuts.com savings?

A: Shortcuts.com is adding new brands and new coupon offers regularly. If you are interested in seeing coupons for your favorite brand(s) added to the Shortcuts.com site, please visit the Contact Us, located on the Help page and send an email with your request to Customer Service. We will do everything possible to add your favorite brand(s) to the Shortcuts.com coupon offerings.
